I was going to do 12 today and take Friday as a rest day, but I decided to do 6 each day instead.  Two shorter runs should take less out of me and let me get to the starting line on Sunday with fresh legs, and I'll still get the miles in for the week.  6 @ 50min, shorts and tshirt, warm.

      Tim, my Mom told me today that she had read an incredible article in the Coast Star about a runner. It really made a difference in her day. And then it made a difference in mine. I've passed the story on to my wife and some friends and on and on it goes. I was so proud to say I know you. It's been pretty tough lately to get out the door to run but I can assure you that today's run will be done. I'll make sure that it burns.
