1200's

As I said yesterday, this is my least favorite workout. 400's, 600's, even 800's I don't mind, but 1000's I don't like, and I just hate 1200's. Todays run started with a 3 mile warm up, followed by 4 x 1200m @4:13 with about 100sec jog in between. The tough part only lasts about 22 minutes, but its a hard 22 minutes. The longer the interval, the more pain, so I have to hope that that means I'll be stronger for it. Three mile cool down to round the whole run up to 10 miles @73 minutes.
