not like when you go swimming a cold pool, but like when chemotherapy kicks some tumor ass! I got the official report from the radiologist today confirming that the remaining tumor in my brain is "improving," which means its getting smaller, most likely in response to the chemo! This was what my neurologist expected, but its still really EXCELLENT news when it actually happens.
Felt great today (how could I not?) Warm, sunny, did 10 with some strides thrown in @75min.
