After todays 21 miler, the weekly mileage totals will start to come down a little every week until the race, which is only 4 weeks away.

My legs felt really good today, no soreness from yesterdays effort.  Looking back to the first 20 miler in early Feb. and comparing to today, I was able to run one mile further today, and the overall time was a minute faster.  Good progress.  I did my first 7 mile loop up to Spring lake beach and back, then another 7 mile loop up around Squan beach front, and the final 7 out and back on the bike path.  Felt really good throughout, 21 miles in 2:41, which is about 7:40 pace.

Total for the week = 51
         for the  year = 635
