I did my long run today instead of Sunday because I want to race on Sunday. Looks like we're in for some really crappy weather, wind rain, not good for racing, but its a short on so...
The wind was so strong today on the way out that I just got pissed off, I ran a bit harder than I normally do, and by the time I turned around and had the wind at my back I just cruised. 16 @1:58, felt strong throughout.
