Today the guy from the Press came right on time, nice guy named Mike. He must have taken 20 or 30 shots, so at least a couple should be OK. We'll see, I'm not sure when the article we be out, but it will be in the sports section. I'll post an update when I find out.
The sun finally came out today, its been like a week. Felt good, starting to warm up finally, did 8 w/8 x 100 strides @60min.
