finally the weather was warm, but not nearly as warm as they said it would be. The sun was strong, but by the time I went out, the wind was blowing southeast, and it was in the 50's, but nice none-the-less.
Did an easy 6 today @ 45, the last mile with Nugget. He is getting fat, so he will be running with me daily, at least a couple of miles a week. By mid summer he'll be able to run a 5k faster than most humans.
