After hobbling around yesterday on blistered feet and stiff calves, I felt much better today, and even better by the time I got home from an easy 5 @41min (1 mile w/ Nugget) followed by some slow, deep stretching.  Hopefully I should be back in gear by the end of the week, just slow stuff until then.
