Beautiful out there today! Did 15 with 8 in the middle with Scott Paterson, ran those 8 a little faster than usual @7:10 pace, felt good though, total time out 1:54. Allergies are killing me, congested and a little sore throat, feeling a bit tired now, so just going to relax and do a little yard work.
