and today I felt like crap.  I though I was going to do 10, pushing the pace a bit, but after 2 miles I turned around.  I picked up Nugget for a 5th mile and called it quits @39.  I didn't realize how much I beat my legs up last week, but I did, I felt like rubber today.  Plus it was genuinely hot!
