After taking the first half of the week off due to laziness, I went out today and did a 6 mile warm up, followed by a 5 mile tempo run @ 30:10, then a mile cool down.  This workout felt pretty good, it would have been a little easier if I were not running into the wind for the tempo portion, but the effort was good.  12 miles total, 1:25.
