Perfect conditions for todays race.  Pete and Kara came along with my Dad and I as an early father's Day gift.  All of us ran great.  My splits are unknown, I had to use a new watch and I couldn't figure out how to store the race, but I know my last mile, the one with the killer hill, was my fastest at 5:45!  Overall I came in 30th and ran a PR, 29:18!!  I'm really happy with this, given how tough the course is.  Totaled probably 7 for the day with warm up and cool down.

My speed developed at an early age, mainly so I could out run my older brother and avoid a beating.
