No long run

I took the day off today, something I normally don't do on Sunday's, but my legs needed a break. I almost finished the second coat of paint on the house, so it wasn't a lounging day off. Hopefully next week I can get five days of running in and no racing until the Belmar Five, July 14th, so between now an then I'm hoping to get some quality miles in.
