Got in a really good workout today.  Perfect weather for running, breezy, overcast, and not too hot.  I did a 3.5 mile warm up, followed by 5 x 1/2 mile, uphill @ 2:58, with a half mile jog in between back to the bottom of the hill.  I did this workout over the first half mile of the Brielle 10K course, which leads up Schoolhouse Rd by the graveyard.  I think because last week was so tough, this workout didn't seem that bad, going sub-6 pace uphill should have felt harder than it did.  Finished up with about 2 miles to cool down for a total of 10 @ 1:20.
