Not too hot

The wind came up out of the southeast this afternoon and blew a cool breeze in from the ocean. So my 8 miles up by the beach was nice, plus I ran a one-way trip to my parents house and ended the run with a cool down dip in the pool. Hopefully it wont be too bad tomorrow. Total time out 62min.
