Easy hard workout.

Today's run was just to get things moving a bit before the race on Sat, but not hard enough to make me tired or sore. It was actually kind of difficult to hold back, 5x400m, I tried to do them @86sec, but they wound up being closer to 79sec with a full 400m jog in between. Thankfully it was cloudy again, but the humidity was a little nasty. Including the warm up and cool down I was out for 8 miles @64.
