This weather is unforgiving. Yesterdays effort took a lot out of me, it was a struggle to get through 6 this morning. I threw a couple of strides in to try to remind my legs they have to move tomorrow. Hopefully the mid-70's forecast for Sunday am will feel cool after the last few days. 6 @ 49min.
