This was my first track workout in years, it was kind of fun.  I did one set of 8 and one set of 7, alternating 65 second laps with recovery laps at Manasquan high school's old 340m cinder track.  In between sets I did two recovery laps to catch my breath.  It felt pretty good, and over the course of the 15 reps I spent a little more than 3 miles @ 5:08 pace.  About 1.5 miles warm up and cool down brought the days total up to 9 miles in 70min.  Tomorrow will be an easy day/recovery.
