Two runs in one day.  Since I couldn't get a run in yesterday (I drove to Saratoga Springs and back) I made up the mileage today.  At such low mileage, @40 mpw, doubles are usually not needed.  But I got in a tough workout this afternoon, after some easy miles this morning.

AM - 3 miles @23 minutes.  Was hoping to do my track workout in the morning, but the football team was practicing.

PM - 3 sets of 6x340m, 1 lap jog recovery, 2 laps between sets.  Total 18 x 340 @65sec.  Felt good through 15, but the last three were tough, but I was able to hold the pace.  With the warm up and cool down, 10 miles @77min.

13 miles for the day.
