Perfect out for a long one, not too hot, cloudy, a little breeze.  Did 15 today, out through Allaire @1:56.  Felt really good, especially considering how tough yesterdays run was.  But I did something that helps the recovery, it sounds crazy but it works.  After yesterdays track workout, I filled the tub with cold water and as much ice as we had in the house.  Then I put on a sweatshirt and hopped in for a cold 15 minute soak.  It helps keep the inflammation in the legs under control, so they didn't feel so sore this morning.  I did the same thing after todays run so by Tuesday I should be ready for another hard workout.
