Busy week

I usually don't run on Mondays but this week is going to be busy. On Wednesday I'm going down to Duke to meet with a brain tumor specialist. Even though I have complete confidence in my docs at home, I think I owe it to myself to double check, and these guys are supposed to be some of the best.
Went out and did an easy 6 in very humid, slight drizzle, @48. My legs were still a bit sore from the hills on Saturday, but the blisters have healed enough to keep going.
