A good week

This is the weather that I look forward too all summer. It was almost cold this morning. I did 16 @ 2:02, felt really good. One loop up by the beach, and one out on the bike path. As busy as this week was, I did really well getting the mileage in, this was the most miles Ive run in a week for a while.
