Some hills

I felt pretty good today on my 8 mile loop through Brielle. I kept a steady pace on the uphills and took it easy on the downhills, I don't want to beat up my legs. The idea is just to get used to running some hills each week, so when the hill training phase starts it wont be such a shock. Time out today was@ 62.
