This week was going to be a recovery week, but Ive decided (tentatively) to keep building miles.  I felt really good yesterday and today, no soreness at all.  I was a little stiff in the first few miles on today's 9 miler, but that went away after getting warmed up.  So instead of having a down week now, I'm going to try to build up this week and next, then the week after that will be a recovery week, and also my next chemo week.  After my last cycle, it seems like a good idea to have an easy running week during the chemo week.
