Holmdel

This morning was perfect for a cross country race, cool, ground was a little damp, no wind. It seemed like a lot of people showed up for today's race, everyone like to run at Holmdel. I have been running some heavy miles this week, but I felt pretty good. I did one loop around the course to warm up, then the race, 18:39 for 5k, then another loop to cool down. I came in 7th today, just behind a kid who looked like he was in high school, he just out sprinted me at the line, he definitely made me push my limits at the end. I think our team had 1st, 4th, and 7th (and 8th too.) So 9 for the day, now to do some painting.
