Today I did a progression run and the weather was perfect for it.  The first 3 were done at an easy pace.  The next 3 gradually got faster, and the last 3 were @ 6:30 pace.  The idea is to get slightly faster with each mile with only the last few being "fast."  You get a good workout in without really beating up your legs.  Time out today was 64min.
