Not so bad

It wasn't as crappy out as it seemed. It was windy up by the beach, but the rain was just a drizzle while I was out for 7 @54. The day after a faster run usually seems easier for some reason. Todays run felt like a slow jog, I think my legs just remember what they did yesterday. Just getting out the door on a day like today is an accomplishment, but there's no excuse for not getting out there. I could have run on the treadmill, but I just think, it could rain on race day too, so you may as well be prepared.
