Real rain

Today there was no break in the rain for my run. I got soaked, but at least it wasn't cold. I did 8 w/ 8 strides @ 61 minutes. Felt pretty good, and it's always nice to be the only guy on the bike trail, it's peaceful. The rain is supposed to continue through the night so the race tomorrow should be fun.
