I had a meeting this morning at the top of Manhattan, all the way up by Columbia, and I had to be there at nine.  It's always fun to try to get across the GW bridge right at rush hour.  My left leg was tired from working the clutch for 40 minutes.  But then after the meeting was over, I called it a day, came home got my blood work done, picked up more anti-nausea meds, and had got my oil changed, and was still home by 1:00.

Then I went out for 10, partly over the hilly Brielle 10K course.  My legs felt tired today, not sore, just a little heavy, but I still managed to cover the miles @1:19.  Usually by this point in a recovery week I feel recovered, but last week was a lot of miles, so maybe I'll be feeling it tomorrow.  Either way, I'm not holding my breath for anything great at the Turkey Trot on Saturday, but you never know.
