I felt good today, got to leave work a little early so I was able to run in the light, always a bonus at this time of year.  Plus, no matter how much you like your job, its always nice leaving on a Wednesday knowing that you're not coming back until Monday.  I went to Labcorp for my weekly blood-letting, then out for an easy 7 @58.  Now that I'm about to officially start my marathon training schedule, I'm easing in to the hard/easy plan.  Pretty much for the next six months, my schedule will alternate hard workouts and easy efforts.  Three hard runs a week (the degree of "hard" will vary depending on how I feel that day) interspersed between four easy days.  Tomorrow will be a hard day, followed by some unfettered gluttony!
