I got up early today to get in the third hard workout of the week.  Today wasn't too bad, 3 mile warm up, then 10 x 400m @ 80sec, with @53sec recovery.  That's about 5:40 pace for the fast parts which doesn't kill you, but the recoveries were pretty short, so by the last two or three I was feeling it.  Followed by about two miles to cool down, a total of 9@ 66min.  Cold out there today, pants, jacket, gloves and hat for the whole workout.
