Dark path

It's almost light enough at the end of the day for me to get 8 in before it gets completely dark, almost. The last mile or two on the bike trail had to be run more by feel than sight. Today's "easy" 8 @61 felt harder than Monday's recovery 8, must have been the chili dogs.
