I came home a little early today to get my blood work done, then went out for a medium-long run.  I did 14 with the 10 in the middle run as a progression, where each two miles was faster than the last (14:07, 13:43, 13:19, 12:57, 12:25.)  The last two were tough, but that's the idea, you run the fastest miles when you are the most tired.  Total time for the run was 1:36.
