Long week

This was a tiring week. Me and my crew did more than a weeks worth of work in five days; we just flew through what we had to do. Plus, this week's mileage is on the high side, but hopefully after sleeping in tomorrow I'll feel refreshed. Today I did 8 easy @63. It was pleasantly chilly out there, nice for running, and a beautiful sunset over the cove.
