Today was a great race, I ran faster than I thought I would, and so did Dad, and so did Bill Davis.  The weather was perfect for the three loop course, cool, cloudy, very light winds.

It seems like the ice bath I took after yesterdays run helped, my legs felt good today.  I think if I was fresh, I could have gone faster, but I'm very happy with my effort today.  I actually had a PR in the 10K today, I went through @37 minutes.

Here are the splits: 5:57, 5:51, 6:05, 6:00, 5:54, 6:02, 5:53, 5:46, 5:53, 1:44;  55:10 (5:55 pace.)  The splits probably would have been more even, but the course was gently rolling at points.  I came in 23rd overall.  With a two mile warm up and a short cool down, 12 for the day.

After the race the whole family went out together and picked out Christmas trees.

Total for the week: 83
         for the  year: 2253
