Cold, windy, and soaked

Today was probably the most ridiculous running conditions of the year (at least as far as I can recall.) I did 12 with and 8 mile progression in the middle, starting @ 7:30 and working down to @ 6:00. By the end I was as soaked as could be, but thats what I get for being out in the driving rain for an hour and twenty-five minutes.
