After taking almost the entire day to shake off the fatigue, I managed to get out and do today's workout as planned. I slept late, took a nap in the afternoon, then went out for an interval session.
I've done this workout before, but the last time I only did 10 400's. Today I did 15 at the same speed, @80sec , and it felt really good. This is a definite sign off progress. At this point the idea is not to go faster, but to do more and have it feel easier.
2 mile warm up, 15 x 400m @80sec, w/ 150m jog in between, then 2 mile cool down. Total of 9 miles @ 63 minutes, take that chemo!
