Today's workout was a good one.  After an extended warm up of 7 miles, I did a 5 mile progression run at tempo pace; 6:17, 6:10, 6:05, 5:57, 5:45 = 30:16, not bad, but I was hoping to be sub 30.  Two mile cool down made it 14 for the day @1:42.
