Today I did 15 with a ladder of sorts in the middle.  After a two mile warm up, I did a mile fast, a mile slow, 2 fast, 1 slow, 3 fast, 1 slow, 2 fast, then a two mile cool down.  The average pace for the fast sections was @ 6:08, but the slow sections weren't that slow, usually @ 7:1?ish, so the total time out for 15 miles was 1:38, which is somewhere around 6:38 pace.  After the first fast mile I felt really good, the rest felt pretty easy.
