Final long run of the year.

Today was a great day for a long run. Nice cool weather, light breeze. Did the first 6 up by Sea Girt beach @ 46, the middle 6 @ 43 up by Manasquan beach, and the last 6 out on the bike trail @ 40. Total time was 2:09, felt really good, except the first few miles; the last few felt great. One more run to round out the year.
