Today's run marks the beginning of a transition from base building to hill training.  I've spent as much time as I can getting my mileage up, so now I'm about ready to start adding new stresses to become faster and stronger.  Tonight I ran my normal 10 mile fartlek, but I did it over some hilly terrain.  I worked the up hills and the down hills, as well as some of the longer flat stretches.  Felt really good, and @ 72 min, just about the same time as last week's fartlek over flat ground.  The next two weeks will be the last two weeks of strictly base training, after that I'll move on to 4 weeks of hills.
