Today was supposed to be my first real hill circuit workout but it wound up being kind of a wank.  I ran out to Orchard Crest by way of the bike trail because I thought it was pretty hilly.  What I was remembering was from skating on my long board about 10 years ago.  Well, my memory wasn't that good, because a hill that is good for skating down is not steep enough for running up.  All the hills were too gradual.  So by the time I turned around and got home I had already done 6, and instead of running another mile over to Schoolhouse/Rankin Rd. in Brielle I just called it an easy day.  On Thursday I'll just head directly to Brielle and some hills, there are three good steep roads that meet basically on top of the same hill.  This is the true transition from pure endurance into hills, plus it is chemo week, so it will be an easy week; just time to figure out a good course for some hills and how much I can handle to start.
