Hill circuit

Did the hills today and I think I've got the routine down. It took a little more time today, but I was really concentrating on the uphills, making them burn. Today I also did the downhills fast, but relaxed with quick turnover. I did two sets of each exercise (springing, bounding, and uphill running.) With the warm up and cool down the whole workout was 10 miles @ 1:28. The 200's in between sets today were fast, but they felt fairly easy @ sub 5 pace. We'll see how the legs feel tomorrow, hopefully not too bad.
