Not too bad today.  I was a little sore right out of bed this morning but it was mostly gone by the time I got home from work.  The first few miles of my 8 miler felt OK, but not great.  So I tried something that seems to work most of the time.  I sped up the pace for the second half, not by a lot, maybe 15 - 20 seconds/mile, and I felt much better.  I don't know why this is, but it usually works.  Time out today was just under 63 minutes.  Hopefully I'll feel good enough to crank out another hill workout tomorrow.
