Another Tuesday, another hill workout.  After feeling good yesterday I was thinking I might be able to do more sets today, but after the first set I knew there would be no third set.  My legs have become used to the new stress, but they haven't adapted enough to be stronger (which should come as no surprise as its only been two weeks.)  So I just did the exact same workout as I did last Thursday.  No point in pushing it before I'm ready, maybe by Thursday, maybe next week, I just have to go by feel.  10 miles today @ 1:19.
