Today I did a hilly 10 mile fartlek.  I felt really strong and fast on the up hills and flew on the down hills in a total time of about 71 minutes.  This is the first time since I started the hills that I've felt good enough on Saturday to crank out a third hilly workout for the week. 

Last night Dad and I went to the Millrose Games at MSG, and no doubt that partly inspired today's run, but inspiration only goes so far, my legs are definitely getting stronger.
