Hill Work, week three.

Did the same hill workout today and felt a little stronger. There was definitely more spring in my step, even on the set that I felt weakest on, the hill springing. 10 miles of hill took 1:17.
If the weather is OK, I think on Thursday I'm going to switch it up and try some hills out in Allaire. They are really soft, sandy in parts, so that should be an extra challenge. And instead of trying to add more sets, this week I'm going to add a third hill workout Saturday.
