Is this winter?  I can't ever remember thinking about running shirtless in February, but today I did (think about it.)  I just did an easy 8 today @63, my legs felt heavy but not sore.  I think I'm absorbing the hill training well; when I think back to how sore I was after those first couple of sessions, it's amazing how quick the body adapts.  It still remains to be seen if it's going to make me faster, but I've no doubt it's made my legs more powerful.
