This morning I slept in until about 9 then headed out to Allaire for my third hill session this week.  The first set was really tough, I was totally out of breath by the time I reached the top.  But by the end of the next set I had found my rythym.  I did two sets of each exercise, plus warm up and cool down, for a total of 10 miles @ 1:25.  Now to Paint for the rest of the day...
