Not 100%, but much better. After four days of serious rest, I felt well enough today to run 5 miles on the treadmill. I figured if I got started and didn't feel too good, at least on the treadmill I could just stop. But after the first mile or so I felt better than I have all week. Hopefully the worst is behind me now and I can get in a few miles tomorrow before I leave for LA. I'm not sure what kind of computer access I'll have next week so I may not post again until I get back on Friday. Next week I'll just try to ease back into things and log some good miles, and maybe run fast a bit.
